Firstly, we would like to thank you for all your continued support during these difficult few months.

Whilst we understand you may be apprehensive to attend your appointments, we want to reassure you that we are confident the steps we have taken, and are continuing to take, will help protect our patients and staff from COVID-19. You are being treated in a very safe environment with the same levels of PPE (personal protective equipment) worn by hospital staff with rigorous infection control measures in place. There are no restrictions with regards to medical treatment and you are actively encouraged to keep your appointments.

If you are worried about your attendance please contact our reception team on 01271 345 006 to discuss your concerns.

When you arrive:

• We advise that you wear a mask at all times while inside the dental practice and only remove your mask at the request of the dental professional. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early for an appointment due to social distancing guidelines.
• As you enter the building, please use the hand sanitiser provided
• The treatment rooms will be prepared prior to your appointment with all surfaces disinfected after each patient. We have sourced PPE, and unlike the start of the Pandemic (March 2020), there is no shortage.

We shall continue to provide the community with dentistry during this difficult time and look forward to seeing you for your next appointment.
