Natalie started working in dentistry from 2012 as a dental receptionist who further developed to a dental nurse gaining her National Diploma in 2014.
She then progressed to dental cover manager within Somerset assisting practice Managers in the area. Natalie then joined our team in December 2015 as a dual site CQC registered Practice Manager, managing our Tiverton and Cullompton practices and further progressed in April 2019 to a multi-site practice manager of Westcountry Dental and Implant Centre. She enjoys watching each team member grow within their dental career and encourages development. Natalie in 2019 also worked during the weekends at the NHS out-of-hours dental service helping to provide the best care to a vast majority of patients who were in need of an emergency dental appointment. Early 2021 Natalie furthered her career within the company by becoming CQC registered Compliance manager of our Somerset Practices.
She ensures all levels of compliance are maintained to the greatest level while also providing help and support to all teams. Natalie continues to work with the excellent teams at Tiverton, Cullompton and Westcountry Dental and Implant Centre and is dedicated to making sure the best quality of care and compassion is given to all of our patients.
During her spare time Natalie enjoys summer holidays and spending time with her family and friends.
